Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship (1 – 4 months in USA)

The Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship Program provides opportunities for qualified individuals from other countries beside the United State to study dispute resolution processes and practices in the U.S. to assist them in their efforts to advance the resolution of disputes in their home countries.

Duration of fellowship: one month to four months

Important information:

  1. You are not citizens of the United States.
  2. You are fluent in English.
  3. Preference for proposals that would help establishing viable dispute resolution systems or change how disputes are resolved.
  4. Preference for applicants with experience as judges, lawyers, law professors, court administrators, government officers, or ADR practitioners.
  5. Preference for applicants able to commence their Fellowship with the annual gathering of Fellows in the San Francisco Bay area in early September 2018.

  1. Complete the scholarship application form
  2. Curriculum Vitae
  3. Two Signed Letters of Recommendation

Fellowship applications for 2018 must be submitted no later than November 17, 2017 in order to be eligible for consideration and may be submitted electronically or in hard copy.
