This is a scholarship program that is initiate to attract doctoral students from all over the world to different Canada institution.

Value of scholarship: 50,000$ per academic year (for three years)

Selected criteria:

• Academic excellence
• Research potential
• And Leadership skill

Nomination: Candidates must be nominated by a Canadian Institution with a quota at which they want to study.

Area of research:

• Health research
• Natural sciences and/or engineering research
• Social sciences and/or humanities research
