Topics toward research projects: Disease Gene Identification, Cancer Genomics, Genomics of Infectious Diseases, Model Organism Genomics and Synthetic Biology Genomics. In addition, we participate in several consortia of networked projects such as the International Cancer Genome Consortium (www.icgc.org), the International Human Epigenome Consortium (www.ihec-epigenomes.org) and the International Rare Diseases Research Consortium (www.irdirc.org) and EU-funded projects such as RD-CONNECT, AIRPROM, ESGI, BLUEPRINT, IBD-Character, BBMRI-LPC, 4DGenome and MuG.

Duration of fellowship: Three years

You need to know some information below:

  • Candidates need to have talented
  • Have strong background on some tasks stated detail in webpage.
  • You hold Master degree in Bioinformatics or a related field, demonstrated experience in Bioinformatics analysis, and had Knowledge of 3C related techniques.
  • You have to responsible for development and implementation in TADbit of a module for analysis and modeling 4C-Seq data. Also, your responsibility is to apply the newly develop methods to study the 3D conformation of chromosomes in beta cells.
