Number of award: Two awards per year
How long: 4 years
Scholarship award: $40,000 annually
Important information:
- Having high English ability
- You need to prove your English language ability by some recognized test systems.
- Intending to pursue full-time graduate
- Be studying to earn a doctoral degree at an eligible institution

- Bachelor’s degree transcript(s)
- Master’s degree transcript(s)*
- Curriculum Vitae (C.V.) or resumé
- Proof of English Proficiency
