Kyushu University Friendship Scholarship, Exchange Program in Japan

This is a very great chance for international students to have their short exchange program in Kyushu University, for a better development of the region. This program aim for training future leader of international region.

Where: Kyushu University, Japan

Nationality: Internationally, including Cambodia

Type of scholarship: This scholarship doesn’t cover tuition fees, but give monthly allowance of 80,000 yen for undergraduate students, and 100,000 yen for graduate students. Other than this, scholarship also cover both international and local travel expand.

Eligible:

• International students who have never enrolled in any Japanese University
• Term of study should be more than 3 months and less than 12 month
• Applicants must be able to pay for tuition fee during this exchange program.

• A Completed Application form for this program
• Essay: What I expect from Kyushu University in light of my future career plans, theme and practical plan for a research at Kyushu University (FORM1, within 1 page)
• A recommendation letter
• An official academic transcript (in English)
• English language proficiency certificate, e.g. TOEFL score (optional / only if applicant already has one)
