Humphrey Fully Funded Fellowship Program in USA (1 Year Professional Development)

The Humphrey Program provides a year of professional enrichment in the United States for experienced professionals from designated countries undergoing development or political transition. It is a program for young and mid-career professionals sponsored by the U.S. Department of State.

Important information:

• You have an undergraduate (first university or Bachelor’s) degree
• You have a least of five years of full-time, professional experience
• You are able to demonstrate leadership qualities
• You have a record of public service in the community
• Your English language ability is standard.

• Agricultural and Rural Development, Economic Development, Finance and Banking, Natural Resources, Environmental Policy, and Climate Change, Urban and Regional Planning
• Communications/Journalism, Law and Human Rights, Public Policy Analysis and Public Administration, Trafficking in Persons Policy and Prevention, Technology Policy and Management, Human Resource Management

• Educational Administration, Planning and Policy, Higher Education Administration, Teaching of English as a Foreign Language
