How to get better result in 2017?

In New Year occasion, everyone wishes that everything may get better for the upcoming year. As students, you usually wish to get better result and to change some bad habits. Besides wishing for this and that, why don’t you take actions and make study resolution as New Year resolution? Have you ever thought of changing bad habits in studying? Let’s read some tips on how to make yourself ready in order to get better result in 2017.

Giving time to enjoy yourself

Having time to enjoy doing activities that can make you relax and happy is the very first activity you should do before getting yourself to prepare for study resolution in the upcoming year.

Setting goal

You need to set goal on what you want to achieve in your academic life during 2017. For example, you want to get grade A for next semester in 2017. Once you have your own study goal, you will try harder than you used to do in previous year, for you desire to achieve you goal.

Creating to-do-list

To-do-list can remind you what you need to do for your study each day or week. This list is one of the important factors that can help you to stop procrastinating since you may have to follow the list in order to finish your work.



Starting to eat healthy food and do exercise

Healthy food can make your brain work well, your mood be stable. Eating food that is full of vitamin and protein can give good effect to your daily and academic life.

Doing exercise can boost your brain to be more flexible, so that you can work on your tasks more quickly and effectively.

Both healthy food and doing exercise can make your brain work well, so that you can make improvements to your study.

Positive thinking

Having positive thinking can give you motivations and encouragements in life; you can try hard in academic life no matter what. In order to have positive thinking, you need to feel grateful for what you are having, and tell yourself to be patient with what you are doing and what you are going to do.
